John N. Galardi has started Wienerschnitzel‎ which is one of the nice restaurant of Texas city in 1961. Our restaurant has the largest Hot Dog Chain in the world plus it is the biggest owned fast-food restaurant chain in state. Every year we will sell more than 120 million hot dogs.

We will give opportunity to our guests to become a part of our restaurant. Wienerschnitzel serves combos, beef, hot dogs, hamburgers, pastrami and much more.
