Restaurant BT is the heart of pleasant Hyde Park near Tampa. Proprietor BT believes in Modern style of classic French & Vietnamese cuisines. We are using three words to describe cuisine of Restaurant BT – “Authentic, Fresh and Healthy.” We use fresh organic ingrediance.
The chef B.T Nguyen-Batley has passion for preparing incredible dishes; sometimes she offers cooking class so you can get your selection at home. if its your dream to celebrate any party in Restaurant BT we provide private dining room with delicious and creative option ,we joyful arrange cater for an event. Our staff take care of our guests from napkin to wait staff so they can feel relax and have company to their guests. We provide food and Asian inspired and excellent cocktail list.

First class selection of beer, wines and spirit. I tasted Hitachino Nest Red Rice Ale. It’s yummy. Its lovely .I will highly recommended to every one who is very fond of wine and beer. I m sure, here you will find your taste.
