Mark Grohman, Trevor Dye, and Daniel Bowers open restaurant as Meridian. The cuisine at meridian restaurant represents the combination and conclusion of standard preparation and passion for French and Italian food. Our each classically trained chef who has chosen to make Winston Salem their home with making fresh, quality food reach the table and everything from scratch.
Meridian’s wine list will occasionally changes as different wines become available and the current wine list is latest. We offer various facilities like personalize catering service for celebrate parties, private dining room for organizing events or bridal lunches with wine, intimate seating for business meeting or some special occasion and private chef available from four hours for everyday. The menu includes meat and seafood are butchered in house and our pasta is rolled by hand and our dessert menu is delicious.

Meridian provides outstanding service for giving personal chef serving 4 hours daily in this nice place. I also get this service and this private chef is trained and pleasant. My family satisfied with great seafood and latest wine. Thank for giving unmatched services.

Intimate seating is lovely. My business meeting was organizing in this beautiful place. My all business partners are happy in this beautiful seating. We are taking lunch with wine testing and desserts are really yummy, we are decided to visit this place again in future and celebrate our business success.
